1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 For purposes of this Refund Policy, “we” or “our” refers to PreZervers, and “you” or “your” refers to the customer. Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us.

1.2 By engaging us to provide products, you agree to be legally bound by this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

2. REFUND

2.1 PreZervers only offers refunds within a period of 14 days from the date you receive the item. In the event 14 days have lapsed since you received the item, PreZervers will not be able to assist you.

2.2 Kindly note that when returning the item, it needs to be in its original packaging and must be unused while maintaining the same condition in which you received it.

2.3 PreZervers reserves the right to inspect all items that are returned to ensure that the conditions in clause 2.2 are strictly complied with.
