Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@prezervers.com. Approved returns will receive return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. Please contact us first so we can help.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Items marked final sale or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
