Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delays

PreZervers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. PreZervers is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you accordingly.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, PreZervers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
